Think of the Possibility: Bunk House & Game Room at the ROOST

For the past four years I have been hosting guests at our modern guest barn via short term rental platforms. It has been immensely successful and it has given me such joy. I provide my guests an aesthetic modern space, a captivating acreage and garden to explore, and I bake them lots of homemade treats. I retain a 5 Star status in all my reviews and I am very proud of this.

Currently the barn sleeps four with two queen beds: the Murphy bed on the main floor and the sofa sleeper upstairs in the loft. While thinking about potential buyers who are seeking a business opportunity or for buyers seeking a residential space, I have been brainstorming plans to extend the "heads in beds" concept by adding a bunk house, a game room, and a primary ensuite utilizing the unfinished barn space; below are two versions of this concept. Depending on the size of beds used in the bunk house, this plan has potential to sleep 10-18 guests.
