Think of the Possibility: Wine Tasting & Commercial Kitchen at the ROOST

I've been thinking a lot about what our sweet ROOST has to offer potential buyers and my mind has been inundated with multiple ideas----so much that I'm feeling a bit jealous. This is such a dream property for any entrepreneur, and the possibilities are endless.

There is over 2100 sf of unfinished space in the barn----just waiting for someone to put their personal stamp on it. One option would be for a winery and commercial kitchen. The ROOST would be perfect for a second location of a locally established winery. Our 2-acre property is the quintessential setting for guests to enjoy special moments strolling through the summer garden, enjoying the multiple water features, warming themselves by the fire pit----all while enjoying everything the winery has to offer.

The perfect pairing to a great wine is food, and a commercial kitchen would provide multiple options from simple charcuterie boards and artisan flatbreads to a more extensive menu. I've always wanted to host Farm to Table dinners here at the ROOST----and a commercial kitchen could support this vision with an in-house chef or celebrate up-and-coming chefs in the area with seasonal Farm to Table menus. Seriously, how amazing would that be?

I am so proud of what we have created here at the ROOST yet there is so much room and opportunity for a new owner to create their own dreams; the possibilities are endless.
